As the General Manager of the Newcastle Show, Gabe Robinson has a career that expands into a range of sectors which include TV, education, marketing, and art. Having worked across the country and the globe, Gabe has worked his way up from the humble beginnings of a small country town in NSW.

When he moved to Sydney to find new career prospects in the entertainment industry, he got to work with the teams behind The Voice Australia, X Factor and Nickelodeon. After building his own creative industries business college, Gabe sold the business and took on his role as Newcastle Show’s General Manager.

On a day-to-day basis Gabe gets to use his unique skills in innovation, business management and creativity to make the Newcastle Show a standout event in the region. Outside of work, Gabe can be found glued to his MacBook or spending quality time with his two daughters in the beautiful Hunter Region, where he plans to stay for many years to come.
