Liam Scanlan is the Founder of Eat Your Water, a multi-million dollar e-commerce business developed here in the Hunter. Liam began Eat Your Water six years ago with just over $1,000 to his name. He has since grown the business into one of Australia’s leading surf brands.

Eat Your Water has a strong focus on sustainability and charity, and is focused on inventing new ways of doing business, with the planet and its people at the centre of their mission.

In 2020, Liam was named one of the Top 50 People in E-Commerce Australia by Internet Retailer after experiencing such rapid growth during such a challenging year.

Outside of his business, Liam enjoys spending time taking design trips to some of the most amazing places Australia has to offer. He also loves getting creative in the kitchen and creating dishes from scratch - which turn out pretty good…most of the time.
