Tricia Martin is a Behaviour Change Program Designer and Founder of the Virtual Intern, an online platform that works with the next generation to build meaningful employment through digital learning experiences.

Tricia has been recognised as an FYA Young Social Pioneer and a finalist for Women Leading Tech for her ability to harness and design technology to better meet human needs and provide strategic, people-centred solutions.

She is most passionate about encouraging the next generation to showcase their skills to employers, and transition into meaningful work.

Outside of her busy schedule, Tricia enjoys finding a good deal scouring op shops, reading science fiction books and rewatching Buffy for the fifteenth time.
