Hi everyone. This episode is basically an overview of a technique that you can implement in your everyday life, ESPECIALLY on those rough days. Hunting for the Good is a tactic that I learned in Master Resiliency Training while in the Army that helps you redirect your negative thought processes into more positive ones. For each day, there are three different sentence stems that your client can complete, including:

  • One good thing that happened to me today…
  • Something good that I saw someone do…
  • Today I had fun when…
  • Something I accomplished today…
  • Something funny that happened today…
