She has been gardening, tending chickens, and keeping bees since 2020. Amy is the host of The Backyard RD Podcast and blog. Her hope is to inspire beginners and seasoned growers alike with evidenced-based research to help you make more informed health choices. Amy has been a Registered Dietitian since 2014 and currently works with dietetic interns across the country. Amy and her husband live in Southeast Massachusetts, USA with their 2 dogs, 20 chickens, and a colony of honeybees.
