Oh how we LOVE Hollywood!  Having grown up not far from La-La Land
we have so many fond memories of our beloved movie making town.  In this episode we’re focusing on the The Hollywood Roosevelt, the now TCL Chinese Theaters
aka Grauman’s Chinese Theatere and our Oscar party nights.  All while sipping Roni’s cocktail of choice a DIRTY MARTINI! Extra dirty please.

DIRTY MARTINI
2 1/2 oz Gin or Vodka
1/2 oz Dry Vermouth
1/2 oz Olive Brine
Garnish 2-4 Green Olives

Add Gin or Vodka, Dry Vermouth and Olive Brine over ice. Shake and pour into a chilled martini glass.  Garnish w/skewered olives.
Shaken not stirred we like chips of ice and James Bond.
