As of about 2 p.m. in Cumberland County, there's been about 2 inches of rain as a result of Hurricane Florence.
Before the storm has passed, Cumberland County could get 15 to 23 inches. Other places in the Gatehouse Media circulation area may see even more. Major flooding is expected along the Cape Fear, Little and Lumber Rivers.
