Harvey gives his final monologue on the aftermath of Hurricane Laura describing his experience coming home to a dark neighborhood each morning to prepare to go to work coupled with the responsibility of gun ownership and responsibility due to looters in a nearby community killing unsuspecting home owners.

Harvey then describes a fond albeit inappropriate memory from 15 years ago in the aftermath of Hurricane Rita in the same region of the Gulf Coast as he worked as a carpenter during the rebuilding of the affected city.
