As per Eckhart Tolle’s words, it’s time we free ourselves from “the prison of the mind”! It took me years and lots of practice, to even come close to scratching the surface when it comes to BE-ING, rather than resisting, my insanely overactive mind! Life it’s a journey not a destination! As spiritual beings having a human experience, we must HEAL and BE in alignment with self and ALL that there is, in order to recognize the FLOW on this plane of existence! The Universe is benevolent energy that wants YOU to live on purpose, in abundance, in love and compassion, but the PAST conditioning, manifested as : depression, anxiety, trauma, PTSD, may hold you back from living and speaking your truth.
