The saying stands true.  If you are hurting in any way, on any level, you can guarantee you are hurting others whether you recognize it or not.  Healing is so important.  It's not a cliche or fad, it is a necessary work that is a journey not a destination.  On today's episode I sit down with my Sister (Hey Sissy!) and we talk about hurt, the pain she is has endured and the pain she has dealt.  Me and Sissy can talk about anything, and this time we let you guys listen in-Ha!
