I was very lucky to be able to experience hypnotherapy with Ellie, and in all honesty, I was lost for words. There seems to be a bit of a stigma around hypnotherapy, so it was a real honour to hear about how she started and to experience it firsthand. I say it a lot on the show, but I think we all need a bit of therapy, and now I'm also a huge advocate for hypnotherapy too!
