So – K- I’m here to tell you that and to tell the world that

It takes a real man to stand up with his wife even when it might make him look vulnerable. You’ve been nothing but supportive and encouraging with this podcast (#Pitta). I couldn’t have continued with this podcast if you weren’t on board. I can’t talk about this journey without talk about you bc you’re 50% of my equation.

And you’ve dealt with me trying the oils and the supplements and the tinctures and the naturopath. AND you’re my number one Guinnea pig- my patient zero. and even when you roll your eyes you’re still willing to try things for me and for the sake of our future family.

let’s be clear though – I’m a freaking awesome wife.

ladies, don’t forget to tell your man how much you love him and appreciate him. He is after all your first baby and even when your babies do come he will proooooobably still require the most attention
