They respond to Twitter Talk and email after last week’s Thanksgiving extravaganza episode. The HOFer has a correction and a clarification and weighs in on the latest WWJD scenario. They even share a couple of Thanksgiving recipes sent in by Michelle and Jolene. Thanks, ladies! Later, they taste the final 3 beers from Patrick Moffett’s West/Northwest beer shipment in the Taste Test with the Hall of Famer (31:35)! Thanks again, Patrick!  A good (central standard) time was had by both. You betcha!

Jolene’s Crock Pot Creamed Corn Recipe

2 16 ounce bags of frozen corn or a 40 ounce bag works too

2 bricks of cream cheese

½ to 1 stick of butter

¾ cup of milk

2 Tablespoons of white sugar

Salt and pepper to taste.

I melt all the ingredients (except the corn) in the microwave, then pour it over the corn in the crock pot.  Set on high for 2-4 hours or on low for 4-6 hours.  Stir occasionally.
