Amanda Faye is the founder of grlpwrprojects -  an intentional space for women seeking growth + adventure. The community is home to over 10 city collectives, a virtual program centered around growth + wellness during uncertain times, and outdoor collective packed with camping, hiking, biking + rafting trips. 

Amanda opens up about the challenges she faced as a post-grad, new mama, trying to make friends as an adult. She shares how Covid forced her outside of her comfort zone + allowed grl pwr projects to grow into a company that reflects who she is, and not who she should be.  Amanda shares vulnerably about struggling with anxiety and the dangers of glorifying the hustle.
