The way I see it, we were all caught up with hustle, grit, and grind that it became something so deeply marketed to creatives and we're seeing the negative effects of it. Now we're trying to pull back the culture the other way and bring back intentionality and taking time. I'm kind in the middle. I think we should still embrace the beauty of hustle. It really does teach discipline and there's nothing quite like working your ass off to the extreme limits of your mental and physical tenacity. But of course, we must be mindful of burnout and of hustling in the wrong direction. We must hustle with humility.
