This episode is centered around mental health and some of the recent happenings in my life as I come to terms with those things. I’m going to be honest. The last few weeks have been really hard for me. I experienced my first nervous breakdown which resulted in me getting let go from my job only a month in. I wanted to make this episode as a sort of time capsule for my future self. To remind me that despite the bad there’s still good that can be found.
