I spoke a little about this issue before but I wanted to go a little bit more in detail today. Although this is aimed at the busy entrepreneur, busy person or the hustler in general, I think the tips I give you today are good for anybody. Even if you’re not busy. These are just things that will make your life easier and healthier regardless of what you’re doing.
It’s very important in my opinion to keep yourself at optimal functioning capacity especially when you are going at it as aggressively as I am. I find I get flue like symptoms after about three weeks. My body just shuts down. It’s no fun.
Take it from me. You need a strategy.
