The Bureau of Labor Statistics states that the number of openings in the HVAC industry is expected to grow by 13% within the next several years. And while most of these positions will be filled by men, the HVAC industry is in desperate need of more female workers. Though women in the HVAC industry may be sorely underrepresented right now, women are still blazing a trail and setting an important tone.
