Those with an egg allergy could develop a serious or life-threatening allergic reaction if they ingest these tacos. These kits were sold at Hy-Vee grocery stores in Iowa, Illinois, Missouri, Kansas, Nebraska, South Dakota, Minnesota and Wisconsin. If you bought this kit, dispose of it or return it to your local Hy-Vee store for a refund. Questions may be directed to Hy-Vee at 1-800-772-4098.
