The FDA and Hy-Vee Inc. are recalling Hy-Vee, Inc. and Mealtime branded Potato Salads, all varieties and all sizes.  These products are contaminated with an as-yet unidentified bacterium.  These products were sold at Hy-Vee Drugstore, Dollar Fresh Market locations, and Hy-Vee Fast and Fresh convenience stores in Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, South Dakota and Wisconsin.  Do not consume these potato salads and return them to the place of purchase for a refund.  For more information, contact Hy-Vee Customer Care at [email protected].
