Parents need a "Quarantine Protocol"

 * What to do if your child gets quarantined?  Who will take care of the kids?  Will your job require you to be quarantined as well?

 * Have an  emergency quarantine plan in advance

* It's not a matter of IF your child gets exposed, it's a matter of WHEN
