Another day but there was a pacing aspect to our conversation, e.g., when should we rest and how we should think about sleep.
I try and recap from a chat text what we are working on and accomplishing at Dale lost power in South Africa.
We are cooking now! Both Josh and Dale have completed their tasks for the week, and Josh has made some progress on his podcasting skills. We hope you enjoy.
We explore a couple of different items. I talk about my tragic love story or better yet my tragic week. Dale talks about habits that are working well for him and his mantra meditation.
A lot was learned from Episode 2 and the goals we set out to accomplish. Things have changed.

- Write 8.00 to 10 (what I plan to ship that day)
