I am truly in AWE of the Lord our God 
•I’m in AWE of who He is
•In AWE at what God does
•And I mean that in every sense of the definition 

This is what I mean
•This is what AWE is:
•A feeling of reverential respect mixed with fear or wonder

That is what it means to say, I am in AWE of God
•I have a reverence, an admiration for Him
•A great respect for Him, He astonishes me
•He is AWESOME!

But what they’re going to miss is that things are going to get worse before they get better
•And that happens “sometimes”

I added this word “sometimes” here in title 
•Because it doesn’t always happen that way!

This is not a law like sowing and reaping
•That is a law that God has established in His creation, what we sow, what we plant that is what we will reap, harvest 
•This is not the law of gravity - Those are laws, that is a truth - This is not
It is not true that 100% of the time, things HAVE to get worse before they get better
•But “sometimes” they do

But what they’re going to miss is that things are going to get worse before they get better

Moses is not brimming with confidence at this point
•He is not overzealous to go and do what God calling him to go and do
•He is not ready to shout it from the rooftops that God has just met with him on the mountain
•But he is moving forwards, he will obey the Word of the Lord…

With all that in mind
•Look at what we are told happens next

oBecause in our weaknesses, God is able to show Himself strong 
oMoses is now ready
And God is going to show him a greater strength
