Hydroxychloroquine (cont.), Money Blocks

Listen Later

Hello One Life Radio listeners! We have Dr. Steven Schwartz back today to finish our conversation regarding COVID-19 and Hydroxychloroquine. And, our long-time friend, Jaime-Lee Fraser explains why we have such a love/hate relationship with money.
Hydroxychloroquine - Friend or Foe? (cont. from Tuesday)
Dr. Schwartz agreed to join us again today to finish our discussion on Hydroxychloroquine. Dr. Steven Schwartz is a recognized physician, researcher, inventor and entrepreneur. He is currently the day hospitalist at a U.S. military hospital in the Midwest (we can't say the name for security reasons which is super cool, in my opinion!). As the chief Medical Officer of Flutrends International, he's patented two holistic health formulations made to combat multiple strains of influenza, the common cold and allergies – FluNada and Air-Vita. He also served on a board of physicians studying pandemics.

Recently, the World Health Organization suspended a research trial on Hydroxychloroquine because of potentially fatal side-effects. Dr. Schwartz has extensive knowledge of the drug and says that, if taken properly, Hydroxychloroquine can be effective as a preventative for Corona and/or COVID-19. It can also work as a treatment, but only in the early stages of the virus, and depending on the pre-existing conditions of the patient.

We asked Dr. Schwartz about his product, Flunada, and if it works to prevent or treat COVID-19. He says that Flunada may protect people from Corona and/or COVID because it works for most cold viruses. He is currently looking for a research site to test Flunada specifically for COVID-19 and will keep us posted.

Dr. Schwartz believes we need to be cautious because COVID-19 will most likely surge again in the fall. His advice to stay healthy? Keep wearing your mask. If you're showing symptoms, do not take ibuprofen. Instead opt for acetaminophen. And, HYDRATE. Gargling has shown to reduce the spreading of viruses as well. Use salt water and lemon, and if you’re over 18, add a shot of vodka or whisky. Who knew Corona prevention could be so much fun! Learn more about Dr. Schwartz at STSHealth.com or on his One Life Radio guest expert page.
Money Blocks - Ways to Have a Better Relationship with Money.
We all think about money too much and we wanted to know why. So, we couldn't find a better expert to ask than Jaime-Lee Fraser. Fraser is a bombing attack survivor turned serial entrepreneur and motivational speaker. (Seriously, she survived a bombing attack. Not many people can say that.) She has a Mastery in Neuro Linguistic Programming supporting elite human performance and mindset. She currently helps a select number of entrepreneurs build their personal brands and achieve A-list goals.

As the previous owner of a wealth management company, Fraser studied human behavior around money. Most of us believe that intelligence is the key to making smart money decisions. Fraser says it doesn't matter how smart we are. She learned that buying decisions are made on emotion, not acumen.

We've all heard the phrases  “Money is the root of all evil” and "Money doesn’t grow on trees.” These are actually beliefs that Fraser explains shaped our mindsets about money early in life. For instance, many of us grew up thinking that to make money we had to work hard. Or, we grew up believing that our worth was tied to how much money we made. These beliefs create unnecessary stress in our lives.  Fraser says that 72% of couples say they fight over money. To those who grew up with these belief systems, it’s all about survival, and money is survival.

Fraser says the key to having a positive relationship with money is to be self-aware.  Money makes us feel safe and feel good when we have it. But,
