In this episode, we consider hygiene for body and soul. When the scriptures use the word "hygiene" or "sound" (ie sound doctrine), the connotation is one of wellness and health. And when we practice sound teaching, it's more than collection of mental propositions; we must put soundness into practice. We also discuss healthy doctrine seen in Jesus' ministry and written about in Paul's personal epistles.
