It's an hyperbole (overstatement), if you believe in your heart that is thy power and the might of your hands that got you wealth. When Moses was addressing the Israelites in the book of deuteronomy 8:18, he said, "thou shalt remember the LORD thy God: for it is he that giveth thee power to get wealth".

The believe of one's might and power to get wealth has made one into a direction that seemeth right into a man, but the end are ways of death (Proverbs 14:12). For the love of money is the root of all evil: which some coveted after, they have erred from the faith, and pierced themselves through with many sorrows (1 Timothy 6:10).

Remember in Jeremiah 32:27 when God said, he is the God of all flesh: is there any thing too hard for me?. Therefore, if we shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek his face, and turn from our wicked ways of doing things to get wealth; then he will hear from heaven and provide a sustainable need that won't jeopardise the future and the generation to come won't be in curse.
