Reggie and Mary dig deep into the cultural moments that defined this year. The episode is divided into news and cultural stories that ruffled feathers and created discourse; a breakdown and review of the psychedelics events that occurred over 2023; and we end by shouting out the people + teams who are kicking ass and taking names in the space. The yearly recap is followed by a handful of interviews conducted by Reggie at reMind conference in Las Vegas, where he talks to leaders in the space about a number of fascinating topics.

Mary and Reggie kick off this episode with a recap of their experience at Wonderland Miami, a conference focusing on intersections of business, psychedelics, longevity, and mental health. You hear from people they interviewed at the conference, why people were surprised they didn’t get kicked out, and why another attendee did get escorted out. Then, the episode shifts into a deep conversation with the man, myth, and absolute fucking legend: Freeway Rick Ross, a man who changed the business of drug dealing in the ‘80s. He’s now about to launch a dispensary in the San Fernando Valley in Los Angeles. His message to us all? The real Rick Ross is not a rapper.
