This is a fascinating episode. I chatted to Kate Shelor and Marc Savard who are both trained in hypnotherapy. Marc also does a hypnotism and comedy show in Las Vegas where I was chatting to both of them. We start the chat with some questions about what hypnosis actually is. We have a good chat about how our thinking influences outcomes. We then move on to how Kate got into hypnosis to help have an orgasm with someone else. She had been struggling with that. It leads to a great chat about how our thinking can hold us back in the bedroom Kate also reminds us of our favorite thing to say on the podcast, that communication is key.
