Hypnotherapy has worked wonders in my healing journey! I'm currently on month 4 of a 6-month transformational coaching journey with Jourdan as my coach. It has been life-changing! With over 10 years of experience, first as the Director of a Los Angeles holistic health & wellness facility and then stepping into building her own business as a spiritual breakthrough coach and creative entrepreneur, Jourdan has worked with hundreds of clients - leading them through life-changing transformations of body (nutrition and emotional intuitive coaching), mind (neurological mindset reset + EFT tapping), and spirit (customized hypnotherapy sessions and past life regression/life between lives).
