It has been a whole month and to be quite honest with you, I did not think this was a break I really needed. This was also a break that I was not expecting nor was I anticipating to be away this long. I summed it up quickly in this episode but dealing with work, personal life that includes grief and all of the other in-between surprises, I want to remind you all that you are capable of getting things done while putting yourself FIRST!
