A journey of healing, never really starts unless you are emotionally and physically ready for it. I have not recorded in a while as I think I was not completely ready to heal, being on a journey of healing comes with healing those around you as well it does not come easy, but also comes with so many benefits. 

I truly hope that I can at least inspire one person on his own journey.
