In this week's episode I chat to someone with one of the the biggest hearts I know. She has purple hair, two Boston Terriers and a very healthy obsession with cake and good coffee. If you haven't guessed already, I'm talking about the wonderful Jane Killian aka GI Jane - Durban based women's fitness trainer, Secret Sunrise owner and all-round sprinkler of happy energy and good vibes! And as of last week, Jane is also the creator of Unselfishly Me - a course designed to help women embrace and love their inner selves. In this episode we chat about about the "I am enough" movement, our personal journeys in accepting our bodies as they are, the sometimes ugly side of the body positivity, and the awesome role social media can play in helping us choose our own inspirational role models.
