Psalm 126:3 The Lord has done great things for us, And we are glad. 

What has the Lord done for us (Read what he has done) It’s pretty special that we have made it 18 years. Many church plants fail. Many churches don’t make itToday, publicly we say “the Lord has done great things for us and we are glad”I love the God life. I love being in this church. We have a great God- and we have great people. We do great things

He has delivered us 

Most importantly- he has delivered us Colossians 1:13 He has delivered us from the power of darkness and [a]conveyed us into the kingdom of the Son of His love,I praise God that we are no longer under the power of darkness but we have been put in his kingdomThe kingdom of darkness is full of hate, discontent, fear, unforgiveness, pain and miseryThe kingdom of God is love, peace patience kindness and joy in the holy GhostPsalm 34:4 I sought the Lord, and He heard me,And delivered me from all my fears.HE does! He delivers us from all our fears and I praise God for it- There’s lots to be afraid of- I used to fear failure, finances, public scorn, calamity of all sorts- nope. 2 Samuel 22:2 And he said:“The Lord is my rock and my fortress and my deliverer;HE IS- And he wants to be for YOU as well- The strong tower you run to- the deliverer that sets you free!Struggling with sin- overcome with fear and shame- and God DELIVERS- He protectsRomans 6:14 For sin shall not have dominion over you, for you are not under law but under grace.You have been set free from the power of sin- you don’t have to let it have dominion over you- 2 Peter 2:9 then the Lord knows how to deliver the godly out of temptations and to reserve the unjust under punishment for the day of judgment,There’s a power source sitting right there for the taking- one that can set you free- one that you can be set free from temptationI used to have a donut problem- but I prayed and asked the Lord to deliver me- owner had to sellJoel 2:32 And it shall come to passThat whoever calls on the name of the LordShall be saved. For in Mount Zion and in Jerusalem there shall be [b]deliverance, As the Lord has said, Among the remnant whom the Lord calls.If you are struggling- call on the name of the lord- call on him- ask him to set you free!2 Thessalonians 3:3  But the Lord is faithful, who will establish you and guard you from the evil one.

He has set us

1 Corinthians 12:18 But now God has set the members, each one of them, in the body just as He pleased. I feel safe in the house of God-its literally a sanctuary Deployed- tires down in Maryland- I was safe in USA- Now I safe in GodThis house of God- this sanctuary was meant to be a place of refuge- a place to be safeIts why church infighting and Gossip is so damaging- done by unsaved people- If you’re a continual gossip and destroyer- I question your salvation- But here’s the good news- people can’t even destroy God’s church- they can’t do itMatthew 16:18 And I also say to you that you are Peter, and on this rock I will build My church, and the gates of Hades shall not [a]prevail against it.No demon, no politician, no government, no wolf can destroy the church of God- they cant!Ephesians 2:20-22 READWe are a holy temple to the Lord- This isn’t a place for songs and handshakes- we make the Gates of Hell tremble because of the gathering of the saints of God- the demons shudderEphesians 1:22 And He put all things under His feet, and gave Him to be head over all things to the church,The enemies camp- its one of my favorite old school worship songs- “under my feet”Satan aint gonna break me or our church- he aint gonna do it. We have each other- we are the Body of Christ- the visible representation of Jesus- Ro 12:5 so we, being many, are one body in Christ,
