With the incredible apple harvest this year Shine Radio's Phill Humphries has been looking to something other than apple pie as a means of using up all his apples.  One of the closest places to Petersfield which offers a pressing service is Kimpton Apple Press near Andover.  So, Phill took a few hundred apples along to visit Virginia Clarke to see what could be done.
