I totalled my car on Oct 11th. The black Cadillac ATS is gone. My whole world was shaken up. Familiar patterns that no longer serve me surficed. I went back to the habits that I know will keep me healthy long term. I reintroduced myself to social media for two days and realized how much time it was consuming. I encourage everyone to get off their phones and truly live life. We have all the potential to honor the creation process that will bring more to ourselves and families in the now.
