Another excerpt from the Toastmasters International webinar "Speak for Yourself" with Darren Lacroix (2001 World Champion), Simon Bucknall from D91, 2nd place in 2017 WCPS, and Ramona Smith, 2018 World Champion, talking this time about how introverts can become better speakers and how Toastmasters helps improve confidence.

This is episode 2 from Programme 31 of the 2021/22 season - published on March 26th with Moira O’Brien & Paul O’Mahony, produced and edited by Moira O’Brien DTM.

The show is in four parts and usually has this format:

(1) Introducing a “Thought for the Week” and a “Word of the Week” together with general conversation arising out of these two topics. Published at 4pm on Fridays.

(2) Either an Interview, the recording of a speech or external media. Published at 4pm on Saturdays.

(3) Discussion on a topic usually led by Paul. Published at 4pm on Sundays.

(4) Discussion on a topic usually led by Paul. Published at 4pm on Mondays
