All of the universe is filled with love and light. There are pockets of darkness, but the majority of the universe is a vibration and a frequency that you call love and light. This frequency is abundant. It is loving. It is a natural source of energy and empathy for you. You can tap into it at any time. All you need to do is clear your energy field and ask for help. Allow yourself to spend time in the space of love. Love is your mantra. Breathe in love, breathe out love.

And as you breathe out, imagine these beautiful sparkling stars, traveling from your breath, into the universe and connecting with all of your spirit guides and angels. Asking them to guide you throughout your day, throughout the night, as you travel, in body, mind and spirit. I offer this energy to you as a transmission from this presence of love.
