It is so frustrating and upsetting when you are constantly told you are the one in the wrong.
Perhaps you are being made to feel like you've got the information wrong, or your have remembered a conversation differently and or that your version of events is just not right.
As an adult dyslexic, being made to constantly question ourselves can really affect our confidence and make us feel uncertain, and incapable.
Today I talk from the heart about how a throw away comment can cause us so much upset.
