Yesterday the President made the announcement that he will forgive a massive $300 billion in student debt. But does he have the legal authority under the constitution to do it? I would argue that he does not and Congress and the Senate need to stop this unconstitutional action. Perhaps it is time that the American people file a court brief to ask the court to stop this unconstitutional behavior. Every American will be paying for someone else debt. On degrees that earn good money and people who got worthless degrees. This is truly a big economic mess that the President has created.
