Happy 2023 Friends! So happy to jump back in with words to motivate our year.

We often hear about seeing our cups half full, but today, we’re seeing our cups overflow. As we declare, receive and walk in abundance, abundance begins to overflow from within us, through us and all around us.

As we allow thoughts of overflow to sink in our minds, doubts begin to drift away, and the wealth we carry within washes over us. Right now, let’s take a few moments to meditate on the overflow of abundance, joy, love, peace and gratitude that is always at hand, and in our hearts.
