When I heard about George Floyd, my initial reaction was "What did he do?"
Then I realized I AM THE PROBLEM.
So I watched the video and cried, watched it again and cried, watched it again and cried.
I cried until I couldn't bare the thought of contributing to this injustice any longer.
I am forever changed.
But I am still racist.
I KNOW I will continue to unpack and rewire my beliefs rooted in white supremacy.

I am committed to being a leader, to standing up for what's right and being an embodiment of unconditional love.
I have a responsibility.
I see you.
I hear you.
I am forever changed.
I am sorry.
There is no excuse anymore!
We have a job to do and that starts with doing the inner work.
