Today's quote comes from Viktor Frankl, author of Man's Search for Meaning. It says:

“Everything can be taken from a man but one thing: the last of the human freedoms – to choose one’s attitude in any given set of circumstances.”

This quote is such a great reminder to me that, I do my emotions! Something I have said to myself over the years in order to remind me that I do my emotions is: 

"I am response-able for how I feel and what I do. Nobody can make me feel anything. If I had a bad day, I allowed it to be that way. If I have a great day, I deserve the credit."

Using this mantra has completely changed my thinking and I encourage you to use it when you need a reminder that you do your emotions.
