Jesus said: I am the gate (John 10:7). There is entry into the life of God. Entry is through Jesus. He is the gate. There exists no other gate. There is no other way to enter into God’s redemptive plan. All people must enter God’s salvation through Jesus Christ.

People often struggle with the fact of there being only one entryway into the life of God. The reality of sin brings separation. Sin separates all people from the life of God. Sin taints the life and the judgment of people to the point that they will rebel against the remedy that comes from the grace of God. Yet, it is the grace of God that will break through this rebellion and bring salvation. By the grace of God people will be escorted into God’s grace through the gate that he himself has provided: Jesus Christ.
