For today’s episode I sit down with the very beautiful Saoirse Connolly.

Saoirse originally from Dublin is a Mother (amongst many other things) of two gorgeous children Fia & Bodhi.

She chats to me today about becoming a first time parent & about the home birth or her second child, her son Bodhi. 

Saoirse is an incredible woman, listening to her chat about her life experiences has been amazing to say the least. 

Coming away from our chats, Saoirse reminded me today of how phenomenal us women really are. 

Our magical & marvellous bodies, how they are capable of creating & birthing new life into the world is simply beauty at its best.
