My entire life I have had this idea that I was constantly trying to earn my worth. I neded to be the best student, best athlete, the skinniest, the best, the most seen, and then MAYBE I would be chosen as the one that was enough.

I recently realized that I can do all the things. I can be a perfect wife, mom and business owner but those things do not create my worth. My worth is there because I choose it.
