On this week's episode of "The Answer Me Love Podcast" I read a journal entry from years past. My journal. My past. And yes, like a ghost from the past, I am still haunted by everything that went down.  I recently texted friend and fellow comedian, Christine Little, "I should be better at break-ups by now." She responded,  "I don't know if that ever gets easier."

My heart still beats physically. Emotionally though- is another story.  This journal entry was about the time my heart took a beating, how I tried to soften the blows, and how it blew up in my face.
