Can you believe we made it to episode TEN!! 

After taking a short break where I had the opportunity to just BE, and re- strategize life, I realized "I can do anything just not everything". Playing superwoman can cause major burn out which in turns creates an empty cup where we can't fill ourselves and others. 

I think it's time we continue to remind ourselves that we can't do everything all at once!
