Positive affirmations really need to resonate with you, especially when you read them from the first person. I wrote this collection of affirmations to help me to move up the emotional scale from a chronic state of depression, to a state of frustration, to feeing curiosity about a solution, to being proud of my progress, and it motivated me to share it with you. If you find that you don’t resonate with one of these statements, rewrite it in a positive spin for your own self to absorb into your new pattern of re-domestication.
