For Mental Health Awareness month this week's topic is suicide and depression. I interviewed Kara McDonald. Kara is a stunt performer and an advocate for mental health and creating human connections. She's led her life with passion and plans to start an organization surrounding mental health, suicide, grief and all things related. Today we talk about the loss of Kara's mother from suicide and how she grieved.
