Sarah Winegeart joins Trevor to share how her career led her to MTN OPS and ultimately sparked a passion for hunting.

After building her career at Dutch Bros, Bodybuilding.com, and Onnit, Sarah joined MTN OPS, where she now serves as Vice President of Marketing. She shares what drew her to the company, the exciting opportunities ahead, and how her team is helping shape the future of the brand.

Joining MTN OPS also opened the door to something Sarah never expected: hunting. Although she grew up with a dad who hunted, she didn't go on her first hunt until she was 32 years old. What began with an Axis deer hunt in Maui quickly turned into a passion, leading to a handful of unforgettable hunts and countless lifelong memories.

She also shares the full-circle story of returning to the Idaho mountains with her dad nearly twenty years after a terrifying childhood bear encounter left her afraid of bears and uninterested in hunting. Going back to those same mountains became one of the most meaningful experiences of her life, strengthening their relationship and creating memories they'll both cherish forever.
